We want your time with us—from browsing to receiving your order—to feel smooth, positive, and fulfilling. As with any purchase, a few guidelines help ensure a clear and fair process for everyone.

If You Need to Return an Item

If something isn’t quite right with your purchase or you feel the item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Items must be in their original packaging

• Items must be unused

• Items must be free from damage

Refunds cannot be issued for books that show signs of use or wear, as these items cannot be resold.

How to Begin a Return

To request a return, please contact us at gitadhvani@gmail.com. Once we review your request and confirm that it qualifies, we will provide a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

For change-of-mind returns, a flat $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover return postage.

Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
