How Shipping Fees Are Calculated

Shipping charges are determined at checkout based on the items in your cart and the delivery address.
The rate shown during checkout is the final cost you’ll pay for shipping.

Returns & Exchanges
Changing Your Mind

If you decide you no longer want an item, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and arranging the return shipment.
Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Warranty Concerns

If there is an issue with an item, you may submit a warranty request within 7 days of receiving your order.
You will need to send the item back to us, and if the claim is approved, we will reimburse the return shipping fee.

Warranty reviews are typically completed within 7 business days after we receive the item.
If approved, you may choose one of the following:

  • A refund to the original payment method

  • Store credit

  • A replacement item (if available)

U.S. Delivery Timeframes

Most orders within the United States arrive in 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

International Orders

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Preparation

Orders are usually prepared and handed over for shipping within 1–3 business days.

Updating Your Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us before the order is shipped.
We cannot make changes once the package has been dispatched and cannot take responsibility for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.

Delays in Delivery

If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, you’re welcome to reach out so we can check with the carrier and provide an update.

Tracking Your Shipment

A tracking link will be emailed to you after your order ships.
All tracking updates come directly from the carrier handling your package.

When Deliveries Are Incomplete

We cannot be held responsible for issues such as:

  • Packages that are lost or stolen after being shipped

  • Delivery delays due to an incorrect or incomplete address

  • Missing or incorrect contact information required for delivery

  • Customer refusal of duties, taxes, or import-related fees

Order Changes & Cancellations

Cancellations can be requested before your order has shipped.
